In case of bad weather, the Cable car portion remains valid for 14 days from your chosen date. (A second day on the bus is not possible)
The Table Mountain ticket, if un-used, can be refunded. This MUST be done by sending copies of your voucher and Table Mountain tickets to refunds@citysightseeing.co.za during the 14 day validity period. A R 20 per ticket admin charge will be deducted from the refund. Once the Table Mountain ticket has been used, no refund will be granted for the bus ticket portion.
